Polite notice

Please note that we're a small family run business and we do not have dedicated support that can answer queries immediately. Whilst we do our very best to answer queries as quickly as we can, there may be a 24-48 hours delay before your query is answered, especially during busy times when we're all chipping in to get your orders dispatched on-time.

We politely request that you check the information available on our website and any relevant knowledge base articles before reaching out. We try to provide all information required for most queries up front and the information available on the website is always up to date and factual.

Updates on my order

Queries regarding order updates can always be answered by referring to our shipping schedule and by checking the tracking details provided in your dispatch email once you receive it. If you haven't received a dispatch email yet, then please be patient - we have an impeccable ability to dispatch parcels on time ;)

Where's my invoice?

Your invoice is available on your order confirmation email and also available to download from the order history page on your account login.

Tracking shows no updates

Royal Mail 24 and 48 are untracked services and will only show an update once the order has been delivered. Please be aware that both of these services are not guaranteed and that delays are possible. In the event that your parcel is delayed, please allow an additional 7 days before getting in contact with us.

I'd like to cancel or change my order

As per the above notices, this isn't always possible as we have other constraints and we may not reach your message before your order is dispatched. That said, we do keep an eye out specifically for cancellation and order edit requests to try and minimise response times and we'll do our best to answer these promptly. As always however, please make sure to double check your order before making payment.
